The "My Invoices" service of the Service Portal now has new improved and expanded features. View the video of the new features of the service (dashboard, notifications, bulk download…) and how to access them.

The new version of the "My Invoices" service now allows you to view your billing data (dynamic dashboard, payment tracking histogram, etc.), subscribe to new notifications or access the bulk download of your invoices.

Existing features such as electronic invoicing are still available.

The "My Invoices" service of the Services Portal replaces the former service on the Customer Services Portal. RTE has committed to a 3-month notice period before closing this service. This gives you time to create an account on the Services Portal, required for the use of this private service, and request access to the "My Invoices" service from your company’s administrator.

The former "My Invoices" service on the Customer Services Portal will be closed from 23 May 2021.
