+ Are you looking for easier ways to manage your invoices? RTE offers a range of services to accompany you on a daily basis. Electronic invoice, notifications or bulk download of your invoices: To benefit from these options included in your contract with RTE, simply activate them in your "My Invoices" area.

The "My Invoices" service 

"My Invoices" service offers all customers who have contracted with RTE an advanced service with full visualization of their invoices, as well as the ability to track payments.

This service provides the customer or its third party, for the perimeter(s) on which they are entitled, the following features:

  • View the dynamic dashboard summarizing the invoicing data;
  • Access invoices, credit notes and reporting for the past 24 rolling months;
  • Download billing documents individually or in bulk;
  • Track the payment status of your invoices;
  • Manage invoice notifications;
  • Subscribe to electronic invoices – a feature available to the company administrator.

The "Electronic Invoice" service

The "Electronic Invoice" service offers all customers who have contracted with RTE, a free, simpler, more convenient and safer billing service.

This service provides the customer or its third party, for the perimeter(s) on which they are entitled, the following features:

  • Access invoices online for the past 24 rolling months;
  • View at any time and download all invoices (original and duplicate) free of charge;

Customers subscribed to electronic invoicing have access to the PDF format of their original invoice, which is the valid document and replaces the paper invoice, as well as to a duplicate version in PDF format. The paper invoice customer only has access to a duplicate in PDF format.

Conditions

If you are your company’s administrator

  • You must have at least one active contract with RTE
  • Go to the Services Portal / “My Invoices” Service  
  • To subscribe to the electronic invoice, click on the "Send my request" button from the "My electronic invoices" insert located at the bottom left of the home page.

If you are not your company’s administrator

  • Log in to your account or create one if you do not yet have one
  • Contact your administrator for access to the "My Invoices" and/or "Electronic Invoice" services.

These services are included in your contracts.
