Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
In Nantes and Lyon, RTE customers have participated in the first Customer Lab, a co-construction workshop which allows for free speech with the goal of improving the range of RTE services.
For the RTE sales management, its was also about identifying subjects to prioritise to increase customer satisfaction. Illustration with photos.

In September, 24 customer participated in one of these workshop in Lyon with the theme: “On what subjects to collaborate and how to build a long-term relationship.”
4 workshops in Nantes had already been organised bringing together 21 participating consumers and Distribution System Operators (DSO) on the theme “Scheduling the work”.
With the success of these meetings, new workshops have already been planned after the summer!
