Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Servlets are making way for APIs, so connect your robots now!
For more than a year, RTE has made available a new digital services offer incorporating the latest web technologies.
This new offer is made possible by the modernisation of RTE’s data flow services and the availability of an entire catalogue of APIs to retrieve the data published by RTE, previously available in the form of servlets.
All servlets currently available from the Customer Portal are making way for APIs, available on the Data Portal, and will be definitively discontinued as of december 2018.
A catalogue of 25 APIs open to all (Open APIs) already covers the majority of users’ data needs.
A list of correspondences between servlets and APIs is available in the Data Portal’s Help section.
RTE informs you so that you can anticipate any required actions on your data flows and thus ensure continuity of service under optimum conditions.
