Through its operational activity and by continuously adapting its network to new challenges, RTE seeks to provide its customers with a high-level quality of electricity.

The indicators for 2017 are the best to date.

  • 1min 27sec: the Equivalent Outage Time (EOT) in 2017 – the best ever recorded.
  • 99.9997%: the average power supply continuity to RTE customers.
  • 0.355: average frequency of power outages in 2017. Like the EOT, this is the best result ever obtained.
