The new tariff for the use of public transmission systems (TURPE 6 HTB) entered into force on 1 August 2021, in accordance with the deliberation of the French Energy Regulatory Commission of 21 January 2021.
In this context, RTE has initiated the amendment of the standard Transmission System Access Contract (CART) template for consumer customers in order to integrate the elements of the abovementioned tariff deliberation, particularly with regard to reactive energy invoicing.
The new standard template also incorporates changes not directly linked to the entry into force of TURPE 6 HTB and relating specifically to metering, to planned service interruptions, to electricity quality, to the liability and insurance clause, to the balance responsible party system and to the contract amendment clause.
With its 27 January 2022 deliberation, the CRE approved the new templates for the Terms and Conditions and the Special Conditions of the CART for “consumer” type users.
These documents are now available in the Technical Reference Documentation.
Affected customers will be notified by email in the next few days.
