Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
RTE is breaking new ground and making it easier to access information.
Communication #1: What’s the link between the Dat@RTE offering and the new offering (Services and Data Portal)?
For more than a year now, RTE has been offering a new package of digital services designed to guarantee each of its clients data that is safer, more reliable and more complete that can be accessed using procedures that meet everybody’s need.
Currently, 70% of Dat@RTE’s (standard or optional) services are already available via RTE’s Services Portal.
In preparation for the withdrawal of the Dat@RTE* offering in 2020, RTE is letting you know now so you can get ready to take whatever actions are needed on your data feeds. To support you during this migration, RTE has provided a list of correspondences with the new offering.
Another memo is scheduled for the end of march in which the following will be outlined:
- Future data services to supplement the current offering
- A schedule for the release of all these new features, together with the date when the Dat@RTE package will be officially discontinued
