Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Description
Download option
You can select a company, a data type or several data types. You can then define a start date and an end date corresponding to the period you want to upload. This period cannot exceed one year.
Track your downloads
If your perimeter is large the download can be quite long. An email notification will be sent to you once your archive is ready for retrieval.
You can track the progress of your downloads and view the download history at the bottom of the page.
A file remains available 72 hours after it has been downloaded.
Success and partial success of the download
If your download request is successful, it will appear as a "success" in your download tracking.
If some unit exports are unsuccessful, the download request is considered a "partial success".
Download failure
In some cases the amount of data requested may exceed a certain limit. An error message will be returned to you and will prompt you to reduce the download period.
The service allows only one download request at a time. If a second request is sent while the first one is not completed, an error will be displayed on the screen.
