Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Update of the Technical Documentation to offer template connection offers for storage facilities.
Following the public consultation organized by the Energy Regulation Commission, RTE has updated its Technical Reference Documentation to offer template connection offers for storage facilities and describe the specific procedure for sending PTFs in concerned areas.
The connection procedure (article 1.2.2), the D1 and D2 forms for storage facilities (article 1.2.4), the specific provisions and transitional technical rules for storage (article 5.1.4), and the PTF contract for producers and storage facilities (article 8.1.1) came into effect on February 12, 2026.
