Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Schedule of Technical Maintenance on the Services Portal
Planned Technical Maintenance – Service Availability Information
As part of regular improvements to our infrastructure, several technical interventions will take place on the Services Portal on the following dates:
- 02 April 2026: 10:15 – 11:55
- 09 April 2026: 09:30 – 11:30
- 09 April 2026: 13:30 – 15:30
During these time slots, some services may be temporarily less responsive.
Extended Maintenance
A longer technical operation is also scheduled:
- From Friday, 10 April 2026 at 17:00
to Saturday, 11 April 2026 at 18:00
The Services Portal will not be accessible during this period.
Our teams are doing everything necessary to ensure service continuity and quality.
