Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Our former Customer Portal (clients.rte-france.com) will be closed permanently on 28 September 2020.
The RTE Services Portal is now the go to site for professionals, giving access to our full offer of services. It allows you to:
- Stay up to date with our news,
- See our solutions to access the grid or the electricity markets - Cataliz,
- View and download data published by RTE (data-visualisation, download and notifications for public data)
- Consult the RTE Library (regulatory documents),
- Develop your applications (Open APIs and Partners). The servlets* of the Customer Portal have been replaced with Open APIs. 27 Open APIs are now available to you.

*Servlets are programs that help build applications that generate dynamic web pages (HTML, XML). These are web links built into applications to retrieve data. As this technology is obsolete, it has been replaced by APIs.
