The new rule sets are available in the library

In accordance with CRE Decision n°2025-266, the new versions of the market rules relating to the general provisions, the scheduling system, the balancing mechanism, the balance responsible party system and the frequency ancillary services enter into force on 01/01/2026.

They shall automatically replace, as of that date, previous versions of these rules for all ongoing activities and processes, unless otherwise indicated.
