Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Following the approval of the specifications by the Minister of Energy, RTE is launching a new invitation to tender for Demand Side Management (DSM) of 2,900 MW in 2020.
This system, approved by the European Commission on February 7, 2018, provides support to the consumer Demand Side Management sector in France with annual invitations to tender scheduled until 2023.
In 2020, the volume of the invitation to tender is 2,900 MW, of which 800 MW is reserved for subscribed power sites of 1 MW or less. Applicants may submit their tenders until September 25, 2019, according to the schedule below.

- Deadline for filing administrative and technical documentsfor tenders : September 6, 2019 at 10 a.m.
- Deadline for submitting tenders and documentsrelated to the financial proposition : September 25, 2019 at 10 a.m.
