The new rule sets relating to the balance responsible party system is available in the library.

In accordance with CRE Decision n°2026-109, the new version of the market rules relating to the balance responsible party system enter into force on 04/07/2026.
It shall automatically replace, as of that date, previous versions of these rules for all ongoing activities and processes, unless otherwise indicated.
