Description of service
This service allows the DSO (ranks 1 and 2) or their authorized third-party representatives to:
- Directly modify details linked to balance-responsible parties (BRP) activity on its network (add a BRP and input an end-of-activity date for a BRP)
- View details for its network’s active BRPs
- View and export record logs for BRP activity on its network
- Access the list of active BRPs.
Adding a new BRP
Any new BRP must be added to a network before the date of effect (the date on which the BRP became active on the network). Exceptionally, an active BRP can be entered retroactively, up to three months after the date of effect.
The DSO can select a BRP from the list of active BRPs on the chosen date of effect.
Changing or cancelling a BRP
Any new BRP must be cancelled on a network before the date of effect (the date on which the BRP became inactive on the network). Exceptionally, an inactive BRP can be registered retroactively, up to three months after the date of effect.
Similarly, the DSO can change the date on which the BRP became active on the network up to three months following the initial registration.
Record log
The “Record Log” feature allows users to view and download BRP activity on the DSO’s selected network over the previous years.
Power loss BRP management
From this service, the DSO can’t register/modify among its active or forthcoming network BRPs the BRP linked to its power losses. A request must be made to RTE to the following email address: marketservices@rte-france.com.
Please note that if these BRPs remain active on the DSO’s network, the DSO is required to re-register them as active BRPs on its network (via the “Add a new BRP” feature) or specify it to RTE when it requests to change power loss BRP.
Exceptionally, a power loss BRP can be recorded retroactively, up to three months after the date of effect.
