This service allows certified entity holders, capacity portfolio managers, and obligated parties to download ZIP files with the following content, depending on the data type selected:

For actual capacity level

An actual capacity level calculation result document in Word format.

A ZIP file itself containing the following files:

  • a zip file containing one or more "Link Detail" CSV files (indicating for each PP2 the capacity entity/demand response entity and capacity entity/balancing entity that contributed to the calculation for the aggregate);
  • A zip file containing one or more "Calculation Details" CSV files (one file per aggregate).

For obligation

An Obligation calculation result document in Word format.

A ZIP file itself containing the following files:

  • a "Calculation Details" (CSV format) file (value of the obligation and value of each refence power sent);
  • a "List of PTS (Public Transmission System) sites" (CSV format) file providing the list of PTS sites attached to the Obligated Party if applicable.

This feature is available on the perimeter(s) for which you are authorised.

There may be interim data made available between regulatory deadlines, which will be published as “intermediary actual capacity level”.

You will be informed by email from the RTE-MARKET-COMMUNICATION mailbox each time a new document is made available.

Download notified data

  • Perimeter: The list contains the subsidiary companies and the EIC code assigned to the user, associated with the parent company selected previously.
  • Type of data: obligation, actual capacity level – Holder, actual capacity level – capacity portfolio manager
  • Calculation type: Estimated, Intermediary (available only for the actual capacity level), Final
  • Delivery year

The ZIP file is downloaded by clicking on the "download" button on the right of the screen below the filtering choices.
