Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.

The Emergency Measures for the Protection of Purchasing Power Law No. 2022-1158 enacted on 16 August 2022 introduced articles L321-17-1 and L321-17-2 into the French Energy Code.
The implementing legislation (decree and order) are being finalised:
- The decree and the order are passed at the CSE (French higher energy council) on 20 October 2022 and at the CSPRT (higher council for the prevention of technological risks) on 27 October 2022.
- They are subject to public consultation until 15 November 2022: Draft decree and order relating to emergency measures defined pursuant to Articles L. 321-17-1 and L. 321-17-2 of the French Energy Code - Public consultations (developpement-durable.gouv.fr)
