Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.

In accordance with the capacity mechanism terms and conditions, RTE is transmitting at this page in the sections «certification and obligation parameters » and « French obligation level depending on demand scenario (GW) »:
- Final coefficient CGP 2017.
- RTE capacity obligation forecast for France for the delivery years 2020 to 2024.
- The sum of the obligation pre-estimations transmitted by obligated parties for the 2020 year.
This publication is accompanied by the list of obligated parties who have not transmitted their pre-estimation to RTE for the 2020 delivery year.
