Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
2018 Customer Meetings: let's develop the solutions of the future together #Customer Lab
March's Customer Meetings were firmly focused on the theme of openness and met the needs of the 250 customers who were there to talk to the hundred or so RTE employees in attendance. We take a look at this day that was all about co-developing the services of the future thanks – in particular – to the launch of the Customer Lab.
“We are going to create a permanent project office in Lyon so that customers can come and work with us on our packages: the Customer lab”. Xavier Piechaczyk, RTE’s deputy Managing Director, started off the meetings with a powerful announcement.
